Please thoroughly read over the following before submitting your proposal. Books will remain open from 12pm PST on Sun, Jun 15 until 12pm PST on Sun, Jun 22.

Please note that this round, I will be booking in flash (priority) and custom design requests.

I will not be accepting clients on a first-come-first-served basis but rather based on projects I feel I’m best suited for, so please take your time to thoughtfully fill out this form.

Available session dates for this booking round will be for summer and early fall 2025. If you have a specific date range/timeframe that you’re hoping for, please be sure to mention that in your request.

If you have any accessibility needs or concerns, please let me know ahead of your appointment so I can do my best to accommodate. There is a half storey set of stairs leading up the porch to Famiglia Tattoo; please let us know if this will be a barrier for you and we can discuss o-ptions. Please also note that Famiglia Tattoo requires everyone to wear masks within the studio until further notice (firm).

A ballpark estimate of what you’re planning on spending to make sure we’re on the same page about expectations. My hourly rate is $225 CAD. Custom designs are a minimum of $325 ($100 drawing fee and minimum 1 hour charge).

Size

Please give detail in either cm or in, or a description of the amount of space you’d like your design to take up. Please note all flash designs have minimum sizes, but you’re welcome to request them to be larger.

Placement

Include a list of options if you aren’t sure yet.

Please explain how you envision your design:

For flash: Name the flash piece. Flash designs are all named on the available flash page of my website (see link at the top of this page). Please note if you have a specific preference for shading or no shading (or if you’re open). For customs: Include a description of any specific requests for your custom idea. If your request is accepted, you will be able to send me reference photos via email upon hearing back. Please note that I only work within my own art style. Please keep your description to aesthetic/visual elements. I understand that tattoos may hold specific meaning or symbolism for you - I would be happy to hear about this at our session if your piece is to be accepted!

Location

Will you be travelling from outside of Victoria to receive your tattoo? (This will inform me of how to request your deposit and to help with scheduling). Do you have a specific timeframe you’re hoping to book within? I am happy to work with international clients, but please note a $10 service fee will be added to your deposit and final payment will be due in cash (to avoid the service fees associated with international payment options).
